We accept all insurance Companies and understand their procedures to help you get everything completed, so your car is returned to you in its pre-accident condition in a timely manner. Our goal is to take care of you as our customer so here at Marcel’s Bumper 2 Bumper we work directly for you and represent your best interest.
YES!, Give us a call at 305-378-0444 and we can set up a tow truck to pick up your car at no charge to you (within Miami-Dade county).
Be aware of the destination of your vehicle. Tow truck companies that are NOT set up by us (or you) may/will take your vehicle to a storage yard or repair shop of their interest which may lead to unnecessary fees.
Exercise your right to choose your tow truck company and your vehicle's destination point.
Some insurance and tow truck companies may lure you to take your vehicle to one of their preferred shops ultimately for their best interest, but remember, here at Marcel’s Bumper 2 Bumper we work for YOU, not the insurance company.
Damages of any kind should not be underestimated. Do not accept any settlement until your vehicle has been thoroughly inspected by a certified repair facility. Your vehicle may need to be dismantled in order to write an accurate computerized estimate.
We can set up a rental reservation with your insurance company or get you a great rate and you will be conveniently picked up here at our facility.
